The masseur obviously had no idea what she was doing - apparently it was her second day on the job. The receptionist didn't seem too bothered afterwards, which made things worse. Avoid, unless you enjoy incompetent and painful attempts at reflexology from untrained masseurs.

In the past I have struggled to find somewhere where the therapist are firm enough but here they're great. Some of them are so tiny so I have non idea how they do it! A truly great massage, highly recommended!! The staff are friendly and its great value for money.
